Amerika [2012] is a photographic project inspired by Robert Frank’s The Americans. Traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast, the project explores how the idea of the American Dream has changed in contemporary society. Through metaphorical images and encounters with people along the way, it reflects on prosperity, inequality, identity, and the fragile myths that continue to shape America today.
